Dr. Robert Condict, Senior Pastor

Pastor Condict came to Upper Cross Roads from Sellersville, Pennsylvania in June of 1991 to serve as Youth Pastor. Shortly after coming, he and Tamara were married at her home church in Sterling Heights, Michigan. He & Tammy served together in the youth ministry at UCRBC for a year and a half. The Lord led Pastor Condict to assume the role of Senior Pastor in January of 1994. God has blessed their home with two daughters, Christina Marie and Amanda Jane. 

Pastor Condict received a BA in Bible from Bob Jones University and both a Masters of Ministry & a Doctor of Sacred Ministry from Northland Baptist Bible College.

Chris Grant, Youth Pastor

Chris' family came to Upper Cross Roads during his sophomore year of high school and have been members since.  After finishing his undergraduate degree at Bob Jones University, he has returned to work in the youth group that helped him previously grow in his walk for Christ.  Chris is presently working on his seminary studies through Calvary Baptist Theological Seminary of Lansdale, Pennsylvania.
