Dr. Robert Condict, Senior Pastor Pastor Condict came to Upper Cross Roads from Sellersville, Pennsylvania in June of 1991 to serve as Youth Pastor. Shortly after coming, he and Tamara were married at her home church in Sterling Heights, Michigan. He & Tammy served together in the youth ministry at UCRBC for a year and a half. The Lord led Pastor Condict to assume the role of Senior Pastor in January of 1994. God has blessed their home with two daughters, Christina Marie and Amanda Jane. Brock Mawdesley, Assistant Pastor Pastor Mawdesley has served on pastoral staff since September 2008. He has lived in various areas of Michigan as well as in Florida. His wife Leslie is native to Maryland. They have two sons. The oldest is Arden and, as of October 13, 2009, they have a second son named Luke. Pastor Brock earned a Masters degree in Pastoral Studies at the Bob Jones University Seminary in 2003 and obtained his Master of Divinity degree in 2006.
