Our Awana ministry for kids & teens is active throughout the school year (September through May). Kids age 4 through 18 are welcome to join us every Sunday night from 6:00 to 7:40 PM for an exciting time of games, Bible study, Bible memory, snacks and fellowship. Our Awana ministry consists of multiple groups broken down by age/grade: Cubbies (preschool), Sparks (Kindergarten – 2nd grade), Truth & Training (3rd-5th grades), Journey (Middle School) & Trek (Sr High). Upper Cross Roads recognizes that our children of today will be the spiritual leaders of tomorrow. As such, it is our goal to provide for them a solid Biblical foundation of training. We emphasize the content of God’s Word while helping children to understand the practical applications of Scripture for their lives.
Whether we are teaching them in Sunday School or training them through our Awana program, we desire to emphasize the important principles of giving worship to God, sharing the gospel of Jesus with others, helping friends grow in their relationship with Jesus, and serving God fully with the life He has given us.
At Upper Cross Roads, we offer the following ministries for children (click on each for more information):

- AWANA (Sundays, Sept-May 6:00 – 7:40 PM)
